Horrible company. We have gotten a “we haven’t received your payment” since we first purchased our house though we have automatic payments set up so it’s pulled out automatically, shows right in our bank account Servion is pulling the payment. Now this month not only did it once again say it didn’t get out payment but we had someone else’s monthly statement with ours!! The couple on the payment doesn’t have a name even similar to ours and their address isn’t even in the same state as us!! Do NOT do any business with Servion.

Was trying to refinance my mortgage. This is the “investor” who offered to back 30 year mortgages for my local credit union. Took them over 2 months just to get to an appraisal. Then over a month more to get through underwriting with an okay to close after a rush request from the local bank after a month had gone by. Only to find out they didn’t… ask about shared well agreement up front and will require one to close our loan. We don’t have one and won’t be getting one in order to keep the peace locally so we are now out $500 for an appraisal and nearly 4 months

Called and discussed financing options with Dan Olson at CU mortgage. After discussion and working diligently the past 4 yours to maintain good credit scores, I felt I was misinformed and pushed to give out information in order to get feedback. In the end after NOT being informed of all consequences of an inquiry.....I was left on the shorter end of the stick per say. Too bad brokers can't be honest upfront instead on talking in circles.
