I needed a copy of my key which they did right there on the spot within 5 min. They offer so much more as well. They had so many cool, unique, locks, safes, and lock accessories. it is a really nice store and the employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. There was only parking on Spring street which I was lucky to find an available spot, very small building but they fit a lot in it lol. For such a small space it was weird to see so many employees. They had about 5 employees behind the counter. They have COVID protection (tall and secure plexiglass) may have been there before COVID

Justin Bedolla was fantastic. My lock at my office wasn't working and I was locked out. He realized my panic and made room for me in his schedule to arrive early and get me back in my office so I could get to work. I was so grateful. It's taken me awhile to write this review but I wanted to say THANK YOU to Justin.
