They came and got straight to work. I only had a broken torsion spring but they replaced both. Any questions you have about garage doors they definitely have an answer for and they even give you helpful tips so that your garage door lasts longer. I'll definitely refer to family and friends and I myself will keep letting them service my garage door in the future if I run into any issues again. They stick to the time they give you too which means a lot to me. Definitely worth it.

They came out the next day and quickly found the problem and explained it to my wife and me. We ended up purchasing a new door. The guys were very courteous and answered all questions. I had to leave before everything was settled but my wife was very pleased with the process and door selection available.

Everyone at Difrancesco Garage Doors were GREAT! Mitch answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable about his product. Ralph did an awesome job installing the new insulated garage door. He showed us how and where to lubricate the door. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The new door looks fabulous! Every aspect of this new purchase was done in a professional manner. Wow! Awesome customer service is alive and well at Difrancesco Garage Doors! After an accident between my car and my garage door, I needed help quickly! Mitch rearranged his schedule to come out on short notice and literally got me back on track, sourced a new door, worked directly with my insurance and his amazing crew did an excellent job installing the door and even reprogrammed my openers so I was good to go! The gals in the office, Jackie and Carol, were so helpful and very kind. Every member of the Difrancesco team that I interacted with have been top notch! I highly recommend this organization

Wow! I can go on and on about DiFrancesco and the service my family and I have received. They have been working with us for months until we were ready to purchase our new garage door.
