I have had the pleasure of working with Elin Sonne and Miloff Aubuchon in Cape Coral, FL for the past 10 years. This company had been managing my 2 properties for over 10 years, they always resolve any kind of issues that comes along, they do inspections making sure everything is working well, recommend upgrades.
We haven’t had any problems finding good tenants.

Tara was a first class rental agent.
She did everything she was contracted for and more. Every detail was just perfect. She even found people to perform superb cleaning service for my new tenant.

My Property has been managed by over 10 years and I have always received an excellent service. I never had my property vacant for More than two months they have always find a good tenant that at least rent the property for 3 consecutive years. They helped me coordinate an upgrade on the property and assure maintenance is provided in timely manner. I fully recommend Inc.
