Our home office is located in the historic Webster House in Bothell Washington. Over the years we have experienced slow, steady and controlled growth. We now are in multiple locations throughout Washington State with 50 plus employees. We strive to provide our staff the opportunity to grow professionally and to experience financial reward.

Services
OSC provides a wide variety of vocational assessment and testing services for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, self-insured employers within Washington state, clients referred by the Dept. Of Veteran's Affairs, and insurance carriers administering claims under various federal Workers' Compensation programs.
Mary was a dedicated Rehabilitation Counselor who was kind, compassionate and helpful to so many. We were honored to have her in our OSC family for 12 years. Eric was widely recognized as a compassionate, caring, calm soul who was helpful to so many. We were proud to have him in our OSC family for 17 years.
