Before I saw the doctor, I was taken into a small (maybe 8' by 8') room with the door closed with a young "unmasked" technician for an initial evaluation. I was wearing a mask. I asked the technician whether I needed to wear my mask since I was vaccinated. Her response was that it was the office's policy to leave it up to the patients and the people who worked there whether or not to wear a mask. I asked her if she was vaccinated, and she responded, "Personally, no I'm not vaccinated."

I have now been to Advanced Health Chiropractic three times and have to say - the care I get there has helped me the most of any chiropractor I have been to (which is admittedly not a ton but there have been a few others). I was in a lot of pain (lower back, knee) and they were able to fit me in right away. I was told it would be an hour initial visit but was there for two hours, which I wasn't thrilled about - but then realized that the way they could fit me in so soon was that they squeezed me in around other scheduled patients, so tradeoffs. Advanced Health Chiropractic is such a warm and welcoming environment. They are family oriented which makes it so nice as I can bring my toddler to appointments with me. Their chiropractic care has helped me immensely during pregnancy and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

Update 9/30/20: I had to update because with my constant athletic pursuits, I have only had success here. Everywhere else I have gone has not helped me out and actually caused more problems. Thank you for keeping my dancing and bodybuilding.

I have been going to AHC for about 3 years I think. I started going when I was diagnosed with stenosis and the back doc did everything he could to no avail. On my first visit Dr Jim (no longer there) he told me to never let anyone do traditional adjustment on me. So they use the IQ system (google it). Both Melissa and Ti have done wonderful things for me. Also Samantha, Lindsey, and Grace are a great addition to the office. I'm so happy I found this place. I kept trying to get ahold of chiropractors in the area throughout covid and they were the only ones who picked up the phone, and got me right in! Cutting edge technology plus they listen to what is really bothering you and customize your adjustment for it. They even pick up on things you don't say but they can just feel. I'm so thankful. I adjusted plus laser for TMJ and I've also gotten an hour long massage, all for help after my car accident. They are so understanding. I don't just feel like a number, I'm actually getting the help

Dr. Melissa Perotti concentrates on my entire spine; head to toe. She’ll adjust any spot where I have an issue. So legs, arms, fingers; and we have the entire body covered!

Dr. Perotti is AMAZING!! Everyone in the office treats you like family, they have a cute little dog to pet, and sometimes they even offer you a glass of wine.

I had to switch chiropractors in the beginning of the year due to an insurance change. Was a bit nervous cause I developed a relationship at my previous chiropractor. From the moment I walked through the door I have felt unbelievably comfortable. It’s odd to walk into a health providers office and everyone from the Doctors, front office staff and even the Doctors kids know you by your Nickname when you call. I’m always met with a smile and the joking with the doctors makes the visit well worth it. By far the best place to get an adjustment!!

I have been a patient for the past couple months. The ladies in the front have always been super helpful and courteous. The doctors seem knowledgeable and have really helped me with my back problems. I love getting adjusted at this office! Everyone is very nice and very helpful and informative! Iv had a bad back and scoliosis sense I was little, and I do Non surgical spinel decompression one to twice a week and it has helped me more than any doctor Iv been to! This place is awesome they are not my regular chiropractor. I live in redrock but had a bad back I couldn't do my hair or turn or bend my chiropractor s office didn't care, scheduled me till Friday I called this office and they got me in right away, super friendly front office girl!! the Dr. was very friendly listened to all my concerns and got rid of my pain I feel like new . I don't know why I never came here before they are on mccarran and 4 Th. that's probably why! But I will definitely be driving the distance to come here!!well worth it Thank you Dr.Perotti for making me

Dr. P is very good at what she does. My back feels so much better since I started going here. The staff is super helpful and friendly. My first visit they did a complete scan of my spine to figure out my trouble spots then I got to lay on this awesome bed that massaged up and down my spine to warm me up before I was worked on. But my absolute favorite part of my visit is to see and pet Oliver. I want to steal this dog!! He is the best boy and so sweet! Great office!

Moving is always hard, especially finding new practitioners of sorts. So far, I have been lucky in finding quality businesses.
I know many may still be afraid of chiropractic care. I also know some chiropractors out there who are dogmatic and preachy, a price to pay sometimes for quality care.
I'm here to say that Dr. Melissa is not any of that! She is wonderful, knowledgeable and skilled. My first visit left me feeling relieved and released in areas locked up for years. Areas previous chiropractors have struggled to address. She also has a delightful bedside manner.

When I walked in I was instantly taken with the aroma of cinnamon, lemongrass, and other scents that smelled AMAZING! The staff is nice, I got a tour of the facility and informed of what the equipment was used for. They offer Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, Massage Therapy, Neuro-Functioning Scans and adjustments.

My wife has been going to chiropractors for years and she is so pleased to have had a coworker recommend Advanced Health Chiropractic recently.
