Wakefield Health Care Center provides skilled rehabilitation services and nursing care for your loved one in a home-like environment. We ask you check yourself in with health questionnaire - If you have any symptoms at all, please do not visit. Masks are to be worn at all times.

The Wakefield Health Care Center Assisted Living studio apartments are furnished with a small refrigerator, cupboards, and a single basin sink. The windows are equipped with neutral color drapery.
The Ash Street Apartments are furnished with one bedroom, bath and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator along with cupboards and a single basin sink. A call light system, with actuators in each room of the apartment, is connected to the adjacent care center in case of emergencies.
At the Ash Street Apartments you will find a sun room with a kitchenette including oven and range where you can get together with a fellow resident or entertain family and friends.
