This was my first time using ABC Door for our garage door issue. Our Tech Jon was on time. He was very polite. He went over what the issue was with our door and quickly fixed the problem. He make sure everything was adjusted clean up after himself and made sure that we were satisfied before he left. Our door works great again. I highly recommend ABC and Jon for their service. These guys are a giant rip off. They routinely sell customers things they don't need. The work they do is shoddy, at best, and they overcharge for it. They violate OSHA guidelines almost daily and treat their employees like garbage. They make a lot of sales because they offer a warranty on parts and labor and quote jobs well below the actual cost... however after they send someone back for warranty work for the 3rd or 4th time for the same issue many customers just hire a better company to come do the job right the first time. The receptionists are rude and don't call you back when they
