Earlier today I brought in a stone for evaluation. I thought it was a large ruby. I left it for evaluation by your gemologist. I was very well by the clerk who handled my request. I received a call from the store indicating the stone was not real but a synthetic. I really appreciated the care with which I was given . I would recommend Arden’s to anyone looking for a jewelry store
