I show up on time to my appointment and they were ready to replace my windshield. It took about an hour to finish it. The new windshield looks really great! The product and the service was really affordable. So far, I'm very happy with their work. The only downside is they charge my card immediately, but almost a month later they finally processed the payment. It was a confusing transaction when you see it almost a month later in your bank account.

I had a surprise 3ft crack appear right on the driver's side windshield. I was able to make an appointment within the week, and it was quickly repaired. It was an incredible experience. The head of the shop, Vincent, was incredibly helpful, professional, and eased all the stress of the process. Their pricing was PHENOMENAL over every other place I called. Dealerships, other shops, and Safelite. I only had to pay $310 for everything. Other shops wanted $800-$1100 and my insurance wanted $1000. I found Advanced Auto Glass online and decided to give them a call. They did a great job replacing my windshield!!! I am also very grateful for the men who work there. They gave my mirror a temporary fix seeing as though it was dangerous for me to be driving with missing a side mirror❤️ which I thought was a great act of kindness. The cost for windshield repair is cheaper than most which was a plus. Thank you guys for your service. I would recommend advance auto glass to anyone who needs a window or windshield replaced. I had my cars passenger rear window completely broken and needed a new one so I went online to find a place and came across advance auto glass the reviews were great so I gave them a shot and I'm glad I did. They gave a great price and the service was great the technician was friendly and respectful great customer service a 10 and the technician was at my house before the time we agreed on which was great. And the technician was done in about an hour perhaps a few minutes less all in all they did a great job

I called at 2:30p and was told he (Vincent) could be to my location by 4p to install a new windshield. At 3:50,Vincent arrived. He was finished in forty minutes despite the rain we had at the time.I waited to review the service until I went through the car wash. I am extremely satisfied with the work and ethics of Vincent. Fast, fair price same at install as quoted over the phone,great work!
