We have used this Steve at Elite for a number of years in our house in Pardeeville and our Saddle Ridge condo. He was always professional, timely and courteous and did a great job of keeping bigs out of our house and controlling our over abundance of ants around the house as well. He always took the time to listen to our ‘bug’ concerns lol and would adjust his treatments accordingly. You can’t go wrong with Elite! Sadly we have moved too far north now to be in his service area (but we did ask just in case). Thanks, Steve for all the years of great service.

Steve has given me excellent and knowledgeable service. He does not treat without knowing what is the source of my problem. No broad spectrum method in the hope that it will work! I have medical issues including allergies to certain bug bites and some lung issues and Steve is always aware of those as he provides the services. I also have a small dog that means the world to me. Lastly, I have a bit of a phobia about bugs and some critters and he is extremely patient with me. He goes above and beyond in providing service. He is prompt in responding to my messages and I especially appreciate that
