For years I've known that I needed a newer computer as all of my programs were running extremely slow and my pc was 9 years old. Running a small business from home makes my computer a major necessity. Ethical Tech came highly recommended and I can see why.
Unbeknownst to me, I didn't need a new computer after all. Javed not only saved me quite a bit of money but he has my computer running faster than when it was brand new. My biggest fear was that I would lose integral software that I use to run my business and everything is intact.
He was able to upgrade my whole system in a day-and-a-half.

After having had Geek Squad remotely try to fix my computer on 2 separate occasions, without succeeding, I tried Ethical, who called me back promptly, My problems were diagnosed quickly and fixed remotely in 2 hours.
My computer has not performed like this for years. It's in a like new condition now.
Their price was very fair and I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

I discovered Ethical Tech Support in 2014 and now contract with them for a year at a time because they have been there for me when I need them. Their knowledge is superior to any other "computer tech support" company out there, and that includes Microsoft! The diligence my Tech expresses in getting down to the root problem of any issue I have, is incredibly admirable and astonishing. Both my computers are running better than they ever have before because he knows what he is doing. Javed has even guided me in the process of installing new hardware in both my Desktop and Laptop which was something

Upon my reaching out to Ethical Tech Support, Javed was on the phone to me and we promptly set up an appointment for within the hour. Javed is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He set up an inherited computer integrating my old information into the new. He set up my printer as well and demonstrated usage of computer and printer. I couldn't have been happier as I dreaded going through this process. Now I am extremely happy!!! I will recommend Ethical Tech Support any day of the week.
