Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization. Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.

Im really disappointed in this pharmacy. I've been here in the past when my son needed his medicine compounded. Recently, I have encountered not to pleasent employees here when I go through the drive though. My daughter had her medicine compounded here last month and I just came through to drop off new medicine for her and her brother.
Apparently they couldn't or maybe they didn't want to look up their information in the system. That was really inconvenient being, I have two sick kids and now I have to go to a different pharmacy (Kroger) and they had no problem looking them up. I guess I will

Quick, Attentive, Knowledgeable.
Out-of-state visitor walked in, requested to speak w/pharmacist. Less than 4 minutes, the pharmacist was listening to my issue, made a suggestion and escorted me to the product aisle to discuss the nuances of each offered. In just over 10 minutes, I was in and out, confident I had the appropriate ointment to stem the spread of a peculiar bout of poison ivy. It worked!

Went in today as new customer after Walgreens said they were having issues with my prescription and still didn’t have it resolved after a whole day’s wait. Went to Jones and they filled it with no issue within 20 minutes. I’m so happy! And they seem to have a great relationship with their customers !

Very very warm and kind staff. First of all they are open on Saturday which is a plus, but they opened for me more than 5 minutes after closing because they are the only place in town with butterfly closures. When I arrived they opened up the window with no sign of being frustrated or irritated. My in laws live in Fayetteville, but if I did or if I ever do I will definitely give my business to this pharmacy. Thank you for being so kind especially during these times.

Jones Pharmacy has always provided us superb service, fair prices, and quality products. They quickly and efficiently answer questions both by phone and in person. They definitely are not a chain store with a huge inventory of everything from groceries and clothing to toys and detergent but they take care of their customers like family. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Jones Pharmacy is an older pharmacy with limited hours. Definitely used by the folks that have lived here for a long time. You can tell that they are trusted by the community. I began to come here when I had problems with CVS carrying my medicine. I can not have a delay in refills and CVS would never hold my medicine in stock. Jones ALWAYS has it. They are fast, efficient and VERY friendly. The parking lot is always very clean. The store is small but very well kept and looks great. The customer service is absolutely 5 star. The parking lot is a bit small but they do have a drive thru window

Very friendly atmosphere and the employees make you feel like a valued customer. They will answer any question responding with a smile. I go there at least 1x a month or more and have been a customer for a little over a year. I never waited longer than 15 minutes in there store. I will never change my pharmacy again unless I move from this area.

The customer service from the staff at this pharmacy is far less that expected. Frequently I have been treated as an annoyance. I expect a pleasant, reasonably sincere "hello, how can I help you?" However, the pharmacist is excellent and the quality of compounded medications is better that anywhere south of Atlanta. I recommend you get your compounded meds at Jones, and think about somewhere more customer friendly for the rest of your meds.

Great people! It's you home town Pharmacy, full service. Need a compounded medication? These are your people! Couldn't ask for better or more prompt service. They will take the time to help you find what you need, and they can special order. Regular maintenance meds or special order, they have you covered, and all with a smile. Of course they file insurance!

On this past Monday (9/16), I came to the store to pick up a full cash pay Rx for Renova (I requested that the Rx go there based on my previous experience). When I called to inquire previously about the cost, I explained that the current cost is significantly more than I previously paid for the same Rx there 1 yr or so prior. She said they would work it out when I came to pick up the Rx.
