Services
The valley between the Saco River and Ossipee River makes up the Sacopee Valley. The Sacopee Valley Health Center is located in Porter pop. 1,438), one of the three towns (Porter, Parsonsfield, and South Hiram) that comprise the Kezar Falls Village area. Our service area is located roughly 45 miles west of Portland.
The Health Center is governed by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers from local communities. This ensures that the Health Center is accountable and responsive to the needs of area residents. SVHC is seeking energetic, community-minded people who would like to work as members of its volunteer Board of Directors.

We offer the SunRx 340B program that gives discounts on medications. All patients are eligible regardless of insurance coverage. Patients on our Sliding Fee Discount program receive a SunRx 340B card with their fee discount information after they have applied and qualified for this program. If you are a patient and do not have a 340B card, you may call our office to ask for one.
The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist helps clients access healthcare by connecting them with or guiding them through the application process for Sacopee Valley Health Center's Fee Discount Program, Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare, MaineCare, Veteran's Benefits, and Social Security. This person assists clients with applying for free care programs that provide discounts on hospital and specialist services.
