All of our top shingle manufacturers and a couple of our (Coastal Metal Fabrication) metal manufacturers offer these great 3D visualization tools. You can upload pictures of your own house, change the roof, siding and trim colors, or choose one of several predefined. Did you know. Installing the incorrect material/panel combination can give you less than half the lifespan of a correctly installed shingle roof.
Another words, your roof warranty is only as good as the financial strength of the company who issues it. According to multiple studies, GAF and Yellow Pages to name a couple, most roofing companies only have a 5-10 year lifespan. Company made apt to meet with insurance adjuster. No one came to property. Call to company. Poor customer service and tone. Unapologetic. Unkind. Man on phone said " I am sure you're a northern transplant, I reckon!" and hung up on me. I would not recommend. Good thing people need to replace roofs frequently, no need for new business.
