The previous day before my appointment, I had been welding and grinding metal in my shop. Even though I was wearing glasses, something had gotten into my eye and my eye became very irritated overnight. Concerned as I was, I called early the next day to inquire if they could work me into their schedule to have my eye looked at.

My experience with this company was interesting. I am a Quality Engineer with major Aerospace company and needed an appointment for new eye glasses, so I’m pretty new in town. When I called I was told that they were absolutely packed in their schedule. So as I had nothing to do I just parked to rest and catch up on emails, during my 4 hours of waiting guess how many people pulled into the parking lot?
NONE, yep zero. No customers whatsoever entered their building. A packed schedule? With who, the invisible man and his family? This is not the first time I’ve seen a business do this, especially
