We've been a certified and practicing Yoga Studio since 2018. The foundation of our practice combines the physical practice with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Soulcape Yoga Studio attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind but unique to the Zen class in a unique combination of Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

My name is Alisha and I have been doing yoga for 7 years. My first experience with yoga was 17 years ago and it was awkward and uncomfortable but little did I know at the time that that was not the yoga but all my stored emotions I had harbored within. I left yoga and didn't return for 10 years. 7 years ago I was pregnant with my daughter and in excruciating back pain.
