The units are individually owned but managed by the whole complex. It's like a hotel without the hotel services.
We stayed in Unit 713:
For the most part, wonderful stay. The place was exactly like in the pictures. Loved having the view of the water out the window. The walk across a small bridge into town was both quick and beautiful. Coffee shop, restaurants, and small market all within a five minute walk. But out of season, the places all close pretty early. The bad stuff: our host literally never communicated with us nor responded when we texted her. The directions said we'd have to call the

One less star for lack of cleanliness in room 711. You'd notice spiders and spider webs in the balcony and the bathroom. AC filters are not clean. Unique features are king size bed and indoor private hot tub. Upgraded experience with refrigerator and microwave.

Love staying here during the off season. Nice and quiet but Chelan is still beautiful! Can't beat the view.

Don’t waste your money. We didn’t get what we paid for; the people who stayed in the room prior broke the Murphy style bed and no one told us at check in. We walked into our room with maintenance men inside it taping up the door that holds the bed in. They are not easy to deal with. You’re better off elsewhere

I can’t believe how I left feeling about here. Unfortunately the stay was not one that I can say we had a good time. I definitely would have NOT stayed. I don’t mind paying the price we did here for what was told would be included. The room is nice but was REALLY dirty. Beer under mats, fridge door was broke, only one roll of t.p.,etc. I could go on. The pool was nice as well as the bartender. I would be careful on what you chose. Thank you for letting us stay.

Room 640 the presidential suite needs UPDATING!! The fold out hide abed couch was from 1996...I called lazy boy to inquire. The mattress for the hide abed was so beat down 2 of our group slept on the floor since it was more comfortable. This unit is privately owned but you can tell it's 100% rental and has the bare minimum in the unit. Please Grandview staff, have the owner UPDATE!!!!

Decent hotel. Expensive but positives are you are right on the lake for swimming, there's a pool for kids, sunbathing and table areas, and amazing views of the lake in the evening. Only downside and it's minor is non residents have to park on the open roof area that has little/no shade and during summer it's like baking in an oven. Make sure you bring lots of sunscreens for your car. Would be good if they could invest in some form of cover for the roof top parking.

We stayed in condo 721 for a three day weekend and we loved it. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. It was all a couple needed for a nice weekend away. The bed was huge and so comfortable. We slept fantastic and enjoyed comfortable nights watching the TV. The jacuzzi tub was a great addition. I enjoyed several relaxing baths in it and because it’s by the bed I got a nice cool beverage, turned on a TV show and relaxed. It’s walking distance to the water, a park and many dinning establishments. We will definitely be going back to Grandview on the Lake.

This is a different style resort as each unit is individually owned. Our unit was a little dated but clean and had everything you would need to cook in the kitchenette. The place is SUPER family friendly. Kids are in the pool all day happily playing. If you don't have kids or want silence its not for you. The service is a little odd since each unit is owner specific so the front desk is very clear how you will be charged if the beach towels don't come back as expected or you want your rooms cleaned daily. It met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The view was great although next time is aim for
