Kevin did a great job helping my wife and I buy our 1st house. He helped us understand what we had to do and he was able to get us showing for houses that we wanted. Even after closing he helped us out with some issues. I can’t say enough about him. It’s been just under a year and still hand out his cards and highly recommend him

We drove two hours starting at 6AM to see one of this guy’s listings and then he was going to show us another property we were very interested in seeing. We get to his listing and he says “Bad news, guys. The other listing accepted an offer last night.” We had emailed him the night before asking that he give us a call if there were any changes so we wouldn’t have to waste the four hours it took to make the round trip. We've dealt with some really bad realtors over the years, but we’ve never had one put us through something like this.

If you're looking for a realtor who cares, who has your best interest in mind, who's beyond knowledgeable about the housing market and can also help you with sound financial advice, who will make you feel like you're his only customer, who you can trust, then look no further than Kevin. If none of that interests you, then move on to some big name big box realtor where you're just a number and they only care about their own bottom line and what they're gonna get out of you. And this is not some fluff piece from a best friend. My wife and I met Kevin only recently and he helped us sell our home.

I was very pleased with the way Kevin handled the sale of our home. He had many useful suggestions to make our home more appealing, he put in the time and effort needed to not only sell our home, but help us find a new home. If he wasn't available when we called, he got back to us right away. He always checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. I would definitely use Escher Real Estate again.
