I went here because of the amazing reviews I saw but I walked out with a terrible set of acrylic nails. The technician did not fit the nails to my actual nail at all and shaped them differently than I asked for. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I walked out with something completely different. The nails look way too small on my hands because of the size of nail he put on. He continued to file them so hard it broke open my skin. I told him my thumb nail was crooked and he proceeded to not fix it. As I was getting ready to pay for the nails I did not like, I was told it would be $60 when

Wanted a simple daisy design, but was told she didn't know how to do a daisy. She ended up only doing a completely different design than what I asked for and didn't clean up excess polish. I was only supposed to be charged $30 for a full set, and was instead charged $60.... Will not be returning.

I've been a client of Polished Nail Bar quite a few years, lately everytime I have an appointment, I still have to wait. (Usually at least 5-10min) Last draw... today I had an appointment at noon (I make appointments because I'm on a busy schedule) I showed up at 11:56, signed in, told her I had a noon appointment for a fill.. To which the receptionist rudely told me, it didn't matter if I had an appointment, I would still have to wait a minimum of 15-20 min. This place is so cute! I went there yesterday under a spontaneous spell of wanting my nails done last minute, so I called and they fit me into their schedule really fast. They were so nice!
If you want a price comparison, I got just an acrylic set w/ a dark gray color and matte finish, which came out to $60 USD. That’s not including how much I tipped. I’ve had mixed visits w/ other nail salons, but this place really changed my mind. It took me a little over a year to muster up the courage to get my nails done again and I’m so glad I chose this place. Everyone was amazing — the front desk
