Core aeration is one of the best things you can do for your lawn. This process uses a large machine that extracts long plugs of soil and turf.
When applied at the right time and in the right amounts, fertilizer can be the secret ingredient to a healthy, green lawn. However, fertilizer is not a miracle cure, and it cannot create a beautiful lawn on its own. When used along with aerators, herbicides and soil amendments, fertilizer can have a profound effect.

UPDATING THIS REVIEW: I originally gave them 2-stars because I witnessed a decline in their service over the last three years. However, after posting that review, they contacted me to apologize and asked me to allow them to correct my concerns, which I thought was a great approach. Since then, they have corrected their poor scheduling and have reverted to calling regularly to alert us when they are coming. I’ve been a loyal customer for over twenty years and I’d like to see them continue to succeed. I promise to change to 5-stars once I see their excellent customer service continue.

Purchased a home in the Green Garden area of Frankfort. First year lawn was great. Spring time in the second year had weeds popping up all over. Contacted the previous owner and he said he used Landscape Associates every year - for many years. Made an appointment. James came out and did an excellent job treating about 5 acres. It is obvious when someone likes what they do and you can tell James likes his job. Lawn looks great again. Our lawn is proof that Landscape Associates knows what they are doing. Will use them from now on.
