I am pretty sure Josh saved me at least $60,000 due to his thorough inspection. I really appreciate the level of detail he put into his report. I was able to make a very informative decision on whether to continue with my home purchase. I opted out. I even had my cousin who flips houses review the report. He literally said "I commend his work. His inspection notes are thorough."

Josh is amazing! Not only is the quality of his work exceptional, but he treats his customers as though he intends to build a long-term relationship, even though the nature of his business is largely transactional. He takes time to explain important details, and he approaches educating his customers without condescending them. If you need a home inspection, use him!
