Called and some grumpy dude answered. Worst customer service ever. Their limos are not clean and the features in the car such as strobe lights dont even work. Best to go with another limo service such as diamond limo. Dont even try calling them. Waste of time

This company fit every category with all 5 stars. At such a sad and unfortunate time, Presidential took away the stress of driving and brought us back safe and sound. The family greatly appreciates the excellent service. Sunny is awesome.. don't ever get rid of him. He was on it! You don't get great customer service too often and he definitely fit the bill.
