I used this companies cleaning service to clean two of my area rugs. They were extremely accommodating. They came to my home to pick up the rugs, and brought them back within my requested time frame. I have a dog who sheds a lot and my rugs look good as new. Highly recommend

We purchased this rug 20 years ago in Virginia. It has moved with us twice, finally landing here in Columbia MO.
We've had self cleaning, and hired traveling rug cleaners at least four times.
MaxCare did a far far better job of restoring softness, cleaning and care than any we've used before.

Rob is a consummate professional, his explanations were thorough and he made sure we understood the various aspects of what carpet cleaning could and could not do for us. He didn’t try to talk us into anything that wouldn’t have worked or may have made our situation worse (he was very honest about what we could expect) which is greatly appreciated. There was no hard sell, just helping us get the service that would be best for us.
He went out of his way to give (free) advice on things like buying a new vacuum cleaner and the kind of carpet to get if we decided to replace, as well as effective

This is the most professional group you will ever do business with! Great communication, punctual, polite, and they know what they're doing. I can't imagine anyone knowing more about carpet, stains, and cleaning than Rob does, and they are committed to customer satisfaction. Don't pay more - or less - to have an inferior job done. From the first phone call, I knew that I wanted to do business with MaxCare, and I was not disappointed. Our carpet absolutely looks its best!
