We hired onguard fence in May 2020 to install a new vinyl fence. It was between them and a larger company but due to COVID we thought we would give the small guy the business. Tony (the owner) came out and we explained that we wanted exactly what our neighbors across the street had. He assured me that he could do that and came out several more times to make sure we were on the same page. Not log after, I asked for a drawing the fence on our plat to submit to the HOA board for approval. Not only did it take weeks for him to send it to me, when I did receive it I saw that he marked a 6 ft privacy
