Good luck if you need to contact support! I've been emailing and calling for 3 days because a clients 16x24 metal print was damaged upon arrival. Still waiting to hear from shootproof on what to do! Meanwhile, I'm looking like the slacker to my client that has been using me for a few years! Not impressed, and I will not be using shootproof anymore. I've Never had to call support before, as I've never had an issue, but been using this service for a few years and was quite pleased, but this lack of support and making me look bad to my client is a deal breaker!!!!!!! So long shootproof!!!

Just got off the phone with customer service. Talk about top notch service! I was having a some what difficult but at the same time simple issue and Laura swooped in and saved the day like the Queen of the Amazon (The official Wonder Woman of customer service)! I have been using ShootProof for a number of years now and have always enjoyed it. I like how many options I have in the gallery not just with viewing, printing, and ordering but file delivery and sharing with vendors, emails and more. I am even given a free gallery from my editor and I would still rather pay to have ShootProof.

A bit money grabbing!
I was looking at this service and the only way to do that was to sign up. The problem was that after that first 20mins I decided that it wasn't for me. Many months later I discovered that I was being billed £9 GBP every month. I asked for a refund and, despite having never used the service I was told on several occasions that because I'd uploaded an image I was using the service. This is in fact no the case, I've never used it beyond taking an initial look. Even after requesting for the billing to stop, I'm still being billed!!
It would have been nice if they'd offered

If you’re wanting to streamline your process in the business side of your photography, Shootproof is seriously a great way to do it. I absolutely love having my invoicing, contracts, galleries, and product ordering all on one platform. Any time I’ve had a question, customer service has been amazing. I also love how well their website does on mobile devices, since I do a lot of my invoicing and contracts on my iPad- it’s super annoying when you can’t access everything on a mobile browser, and I haven’t run into that with Shootproof at all. I am a graphic designer and photographer in Southern CA. I believe I joined Shootproof pretty early to them starting out and features were simple but what I needed at the time as I was looking for a hosting site for my photography galleries but a way for clients to order prints as well.
