It took them FOUR DAYS to do the install of a new A.C. unit and only spent a total of one entire work day on it the entire time. They never told us when they planned to stop by to work. We never knew if They were coming back or not. I work from home and as I am working, I see someone walking down my hallway and go into my bathroom. I said hello and a lady came out startled and said she didn't know anyone was home and asked to use the bathroom!! Not professional at all !! They unplugged things and didn't plug them back in. Knocked things over and didnt pick them back up and left all the empty boxes
