I needed two front tires at a reasonable price. Robert! was very helpful and knowledgeable on the product needed. He did the Search to 4 different dealers to find me the right price and a great deal! I was going to the Infinity dealership for my 2016 Q50 and was getting tired of their outrageous fees. I called Rubidoux Tire and Brake and was impressed with Robert's service! Came in for my scheduled oil change at 1pm. Left at 4:45 pm. This is beyond unacceptable. I'll never be back. I was told when I got there that someone was on lunch and if I could come back... I was angry but I obliged as I was already there. I dropped my car off at 2pm and took a walk for an hour until 3 pm. It took them another hour and 45 minutes after I got back from an hour walk to finish my oil change. This is insane. What happened to this place?

Took my car in as I thought it was in need of an alignment just the way it was feeling. After being revised, all of my tires were in need of a change. So I got my tires changed and one of the employees fixed my front bumper as it wasn't attached and I could never attach it myself. It was at no cost and my car was looking like it should. I thought they it was really cool they went out if their way to fix it. Definitely recommend this place!

I purchased a Cat Shield and brought it in to be installed. They performed the installation and it looked great. I appreciated the professionalism of the team, that they explained the work to be done, and that I was able to inspect the work before they took the car down from the lift. The car is running fine. No rattle.

Sean and Robert were VERY HELPFUL and they gave me all the information I need and they also showed me pictures of what exactly was wrong with my car which I've never experienced going to different auto shops. They also called and left a detailed message on what they found what they can do and what we should do moving forward. They didn't make me feel under pressure or I had to buy anything . I will definitely be coming back here

Again I'm giving the shop A+ for everything and everyone (Sean) who works there behind the counter. And there's another gentleman who's so nice - has a calm and patient "bedside manner" you wouldn't normally find in a mechanic shop. Both guys are really nice.
I needed 2 new tires and brakes before my road trip to Az. When my car's brakes began screeching. I tend to not pay attention to my car's mechanical needs. And should've gone in there sooner. So I had to wait a day to get my car serviced.

I have family who have been going to these guys for awhile so when I had an issue with my vehicle I decided to give them a shot. I have to say I was very pleased with their work and their honesty when it came to telling me my issue was worse than originally thought. They even suggested calling Ford to see if they would cover repairs. I will definitely be back for routine maintenance or if another repair is needed.
