Best dentist I've been to so far, I was a walk in and had very little wait time, my first time ever having a tooth pulled that I didn't have to endure some pain. I will definitely will go back to them

Had a filling done. Had a piece of the filling fall out. 3 weeks later had a tooth pulled. No problem. In between filling and pulling - not sure when it happened, but I lost some of my filling. It hurts because I still feel like the nerve in my gum or in the missing part of my tooth is aching 😫 😩 Appointment to return for filling but I really want it out now!!! I have enough teeth left to hurt a good steak. 😆

My hygienist Krista is one of the best hygienist out there. This was my second cleaning with her. She is very detail oriented and gentle!
Check-in was flawless, and I didn't even have to sit down in the lobby.

I read all the previous reviews so I was apprehensive about Day & Night Dental. However I decided to check it out for myself. I'm glad we did!!! Dr. Salony was great! I was amazed by his technique...truly it was the way he positioned the needle for the local anesthetic. My daughter never saw it coming!!! The attending dental hygienist ability to explain things to adolescent on their level with small kind gestures was a winner for me. The front desk staff at reception were professional and kind. Had my 1st appointment here today and I was very pleased. I appreciate the fact that the office allows walk-ins, but they do prioritize appointments which I was very grateful for. I arrived about 30 min early and was called back a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The staff were all very courteous. Scheduling a follow up was quick and easy. I would recommend this dental clinic to others.

It was an excellent experience, like always, with Mrs Joyce ,, the hygienist, she is very professional, acknowledges, very thoughtful and kind, very important , she take her time
to explain, everything ,what she is doing. I had hygienist in the passed ,but i always feels like they are in a rush and doesn't care to do a good job . This young lady really care about her patients. Also leaves my teeth feeling so clean, i go home feeling good and want it to try ,to do better, as she instructed me.This is the kind of people that make a difference , so you feels good to come back to. First, I'd like to say that the hygienist and doctor were very nice and great with my son. However I'm very disappointed. I took my 11 month old for his first check up. He hadn't been added to our insurance yet so I paid out of pocket. When I made the appointment they told me it would be just under $100 for the visit. When I checked in, I ended up being charged $175 for them to brush my sons teeth and wipe his teeth with fluoride.

I have been going here for alittle over a year. Dr Dekow and his assistant are absolutely the best. I highly recommend Dr. Dekow. I have a temporary crown done today and he was very picky as how he wanted it to look. I can't say enough about him and his assistant! They are by far the best I've ever been too.

Always coming here, don't expect handouts or deals, this is not social services...Always received expert services by true professionals.

As great as it was to be seen the same day I had a tooth break on a Sunday. I was given a time when walk-ins would be cut off; I arrived and was signed in. We then realized there was an issue with my insurance and the part where the ins. never updated their system. I had to open a Care Credit Card account so I could pay them upfront. Thank god I was approved; the issue is when I was able to get my insurance to give me updated information and called them only to fight with someone who didn't understand that as a military spouse, I was eligible to have my own insurance due to my husband&apos

Horrible customer service. They will have u on hold for 30 min and don't be doing nothing.

I was booked for a root canal a week in advance. I received 2 phone calls during that week that assured me that I was going to be seen. I get there at my appointed time and they tell me they moved my appointment because they no longer book two root canals on the same day. They never called me to let me know they moved my appointment nor that they double booked (their mistake). Very unorganized practice. It's good for an emergency and that's it. Otherwise go elsewhere.

If i could give the office 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service and the front and back office. No nurse explained what was going to happen, people kept going in and out of the room not even acknowledging that i was in there waiting. The dentist was nice but other than that Do not recommend. Check out took long as well, Was in the office for FIVE HOURS.

I have been in pain for several days and decided to go to Day and Night Family Dental. I called them and they did not offer me an appointment, instead they told me they take walk-ins until 3 pm on Sunday. I asked about insurance and told them the type of insurance I had. The lady said they might not be able to verify my insurance and I might be self pay. I printed out my insurance card, my dental benefits (a 4 page document that explains each tier of services and the percentage the insurance will pay), and a list of dentist in network (a search of Day and Night's zip code show 63 dentist working

Two star because I like the dental assistant that helped. While getting a few needles (which obvi hurt) i said sh*t to myself. I apologized, it happens when I get hurt. It makes me feel a little better. A bit later, I had to get another needle. It hurt so I said it again (low and to myself) Dr. Miller raised his voice to me and said "told you to watch your mouth" uhhh what? Who is this guy? I was in pain and thats how i reacted.. If you ever get Dr. Miller watch yourself he might snap at you like a child

I had called them prior just to make sure they did not require me to take x-rays again since I brought my dental x-rays from the last year from another dentist. They assured me that they will see me without taking new x-rays.
On my appointment day for teeth cleaning all had changed. Now they insisted to have a full mouth x-ray or they would not treat me.
As a patient you are forced to have the x-rays so they make tons of money regardless that you may get cancer.
It is all about the money nowadays not about your health.

Dr. Scurria and his assistant Ms. Isabelle were wonderful! I was terrified about having to get 2 teeth pulled on the same side much less the same day, but Dr. Scurria and Ms. Isabelle put me at ease. They were professional, humorous and easy to talk to. They were talking to me as they were working and in less than 10 minutes both teeth were out! I DID NOT FEEL A THING!! I didn't like to visit a dentist unless it was an emergency because I was traumatized once BUT this TEAM makes me want to come back! The WHOLE STAFF IS WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL ! Thank You!

Its like going to a budget doctors clinic. Staff are not helpful and the dentist I saw had to be at least 80, he told me that I would have to get 4 teeth extracted in order to get braces put on. Which is not the case. I am so happy that I got a second opinion and went to dental works instead. I was able to get braces without having any teeth removed. I also had 3 feelings done here which fell out within 3 months. I had to get them redone at another dentist office. Stay away from this place with a 10 ft pole. You might catch something.

I had the best experience today! Every person I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful! I was in extreme pain as well as super nervous, Dr. Hall & Chasity made me feel very comfortable they worked very well together as a team to get me feeling back to normal! I witnessed great customer service, team work from all the staff, as well as a clean environment. Thank you so very much for making my experience a great one!

The worst!! They called me 2 days before my son had an appointment to say I owed $150 for denied services but could not tell me what services. They only said it was for my daughter who had services done months prior. I never received a bill. Called my Dental insurance who said some services were denied as they were not covered and that I owed an additional $35 dollars x 3, which was not mentioned when D&N call me about $150. The $35 was for "oral hygiene instructions". When I tried calling D&N to ask what that consisted of I could not get through as the billing department&apos
