Administrator Pam Brede leads the entire Divine Home Care team in providing the best quality care possible for individuals, along with her husband Jeff. They feel so blessed to have children who share their passion for family, as well as caring for others.
Our nurses specialize in managing patient care in the home. Their expert knowledge includes acute and chronic disease management such as diabetes, heart failure, lung diseases, infections, cancer, post surgical recovery and other conditions such as urinary, neurological and muscular ailments.
Your nurse will perform a comprehensive evaluation and will work closely with you and your doctor to develop an individualized plan of care that is in your very best interest.Under the supervision of your RN, Home Health Aides assist with personal cares to help make daily living a little bit easier.

Divine Home Care definitely gets a "thumbs up" from us. My husband passed away after four years of being a paraplegic. We very much appreciated him being able to remain at home all that time. I have worked for DHC for almost 6 years now. It is a wonderful organization to be part of. The administration truly cares about you and go out of their way to make sure you feel appreciated. I love all of my clients and look forward to seeing them every week. My clients have become like part of my family. Our nursing team is top notch! I have worked for Divine Home Care & Hospice in the Willmar Office for 12.5 years and it has been a great experience! They truly care about providing to the needs of their clients, regardless of whether their needs are at night, on the weekend, or at odd times of the day. This is a rare find as many other agencies do not provide care on the weekends, nights or evenings. We have a great team of nurses that manage and oversee our client cases that are knowledgeable, committed, and fun to work with.
