I would highly recommend Keith Heating &Cooling. I had some issues with my furnace . After wasting time on other businesses that either one weren't answering their phones. Or two had rude customer service . I found Keith on Google and was excited to be directed to an actual person. The initial person that took my call was very courteous and made me feel like I was a priority. Then the owner called me within 5 minutes to set up the same day same morning appointment. Mitch showed up at my house with in an hour. He too was very nice, thorough, and made the experience easy. I will definitely be using

We had a crown boiler that was pretty special. Keith and his team, including Alex and Mitch did a great job working with crown technical support to diagnose and fix a number of problems. This was challenging as the parts were hard to find. Keith even came on site to make sure the correct problems were fixed. Hard working, honest, excellent communication and the heat is back on! Mitch is a young man how is kind, considerate and patient to make sure you understand the issues. Talented and gets the job done! Thanks Mitch! Keith and Alex!!!

When I called, they were super friendly and got a tech out very quickly. The tech that came was very nice and professional and explained the situation. He did not pressure us into making a decision about our furnace (if we wanted a brand new or repair existing) but was helpful with giving us all the information we needed to make a decision that worked best for us. We will definitely use Keith's again in the future.
