OMG. If I were to give the delivered bouquet a name, I'd call the arrangement: FLOWERS FROM THE ATTIC.
In my opinion and my opinion only, some of the flowers (carnations) that arrived were anemic at best . Speaking with the owner, Robynn, she indicated that the vase was $15.00 and each stem was $6.00... $15.00 to deliver + $15.00 for the generic glass vase. That leaves $70.00 for flowers. NOT WORTH IT. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Now my aunt loved receiving the flowers but my heart sank when I opened the door to receive the flowers from the delivery guy. Lastly, Robynn knows my aunt and said she'd take

Ordered a 100.00 bouquet and they put more filler than flowers in a plain standard vase. I could have bought a much nicer flower arrangement at a local supermarket. I am really dissatisfied, it was for my aunts birthday today. My brother went in and told them how important it was for us to have a beautiful flower arrangement. No even a balloon! Big disappointment!

Robynn’s Nest Flowers went above and beyond to help me when an online flower company left me hanging late in the afternoon saying they couldn’t deliver my order for my son’s opening night theatre performance at NAU. I called Robynn’s Nest Flowers seeking a last-minute solution only two hours before their shop closed for the day and after their delivery driver had already returned from his runs. After listening to my tale of frustration, they created a stunning bouquet for me and their driver delivered it after hours on his way home. This is what outstanding customer service looks like.

UPDATE: a gorgeous replacement flower was dropped off at my home today. Thank you Robynn's Nest for making this right and for the quick replacement!
I received a bouquet for my birthday, it was absolutely gorgeous! However, I woke up the next morning to find the biggest flower in the arrangement dead (hydrangea). It lasted less than 24 hours. I called the florist to see if something could be done. She made it very clear that she hates hydrangea's and said I should just cut it and put it in warm water. I reiterated that the flower was completely dead, she just repeated that she hates hydrangea

I had a last minute floral arrangement for my fathers funeral. Robynn did a fantastic job on getting my beautiful arrangement done in a timely manner as I was able to pick up a couple hours later that day. Beautiful presentation and excellent customer service! Robynn’s Nest did a fantastic job accommodating me when I sent a fruit basket to a dear friend.
It was my hope to include a handwritten note with the pineapple and the fantastic staff at Robynn’s Nest kept an eye out for it to arrive in the mail. I sent my note from Virginia but it hadn’t arrived in time for delivery day. The staff went above-and-beyond to call me to let me know so that they could include my personal message with the fruit basket on my behalf.
My friend testified that the fruit was excellent and I can’t say enough
