Services
If you are providing your own items, add a $12 handling fee per item for the first 3 items. Add $30 to upgrade to special thread or fabric, like metallic thread, or a special-order color. Bulk discounts for teams and group orders where the items will have a similar setup, but will be personalized for each member of the group i.e.

Great customer service. Got my embroidered product back 2 whole days sooner than originally quoted which I loved. The project turned out nice. I would post a picture but it’s a Christmas gift and already wrapped up. 10/10 would recommend. Simply follow the directions on website/ voice over when you call

My husband got a Vera Bradley bag monogrammed for me at this place. Despite the proof SPECIFICALLY saying for them to embroider the side opposite the inside pockets, the embroidered the side with the pockets, basically seeing the pockets up. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won’t even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn’t do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business.
