I don’t know how there can be a single bad review here. Their quality of nails always lady. They are kind and gentle and genuinely care about the experience. My nails always last three plus weeks and they are always gentle when I have picked my fingers raw when I haven’t had nails in a while. The owner is kind and understanding. People wait and go there because if the quality of nails and good customer service. It’s important to have both

I’ve NEVER received such terrible customer service in my life. When I walked in, the lady at the front told me that the wait would be 20-30 minutes. It had been maybe 45 minutes before I realized that they were taking every customer that came in after me — whether they had an appointment or not. After waiting over an hour & a half, I was finally seated.
Already irritated, I hoped that the experience would be worth it. However, the lady who did my nails was incredibly rude to me. She cut the tips shorter than I initially wanted, so I asked her if she could redo them, and she caught an attitude

I went for the first time to this salon today, and I got a full set of acrylics. The lady doing my nails went very fast while filing. When she was cutting my cuticles, she was using the machine and she had it at a very high speed. She wasn’t looking at my nails at times while she was using it, and she cut me about 3 times. When I looked at the shape of my nails, I asked her to fix it a little bit. She fixed it, but she went even more fast and did ruder than before. At the end, I paid and waited for my nails to dry with a small fan that they gave me. The lady left and never came back to tell me

Okay here is my take on this place, I walk in and I chose the color I wanted and the man told me I could not have it. Then, he proceeded to take off my SNS I had already had on, I told him to not cut my nails because i liked my length, but he proceeded to cut my nails so much they started to hurt. They were way to short short. He also chose my color for me, and i had no say on it. I tried to speak up, but he ignored me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. very clean though!
