From beginning to end ALL the ladies in that office took care of me and they are still answering any questions I have. My experience with Elite Plastic Surgery started 12/11/2020. Everything was seamless from the consultation to the actual procedure which happened 10/07/2021. My review is based on my actual results, you know when you describe what you want and you get more than what you expected but in the best possible way. Well, that's how I feel. I'm 5 days post op right now and every day I'm feeling better and more confident!
My preop consultation took place with Nomi - she was very sweet, friendly, helpful & equally as excited. I met with her the day of operation as well and it was a pleasure

I came here in 2019 for a Bbl, Dr Salama and entire staff was friendly, I returned July 2021 for a BA and Salama and one nurse was rude. For my bbl Salama left me uneven, one side smaller, and while I was in the recovery home I met some females that also came out uneven from their bbl so they were there for a revision which is what I have to do as well ( so you basically pay more money to fix drs mistakes ) but since I had a good experience the first time (except my bbl coming out messed up ) I decided to come back 2021 for a BA, worst decision ever, Salama was being rude

My whole experience with Elite Plastic Surgery was an amazing process. From the receptionist to the doctor and anesthetist, they all took their time to answer my questions and reassure me. The facility is kept extremely clean, I got a chance to look around the OR before I was put to sleep and the equipment is up to date. I’m a week post op and very happy with my results. I really felt heard and catered to through my process.

Let me start off by saying, Dr. Salama is the GOAT. I flew from AZ to FL to have this brilliant Doctor work his magic. Dr. Salama was patient and he answered all of my questions with ease. The staff was and has been incredible. Sweet kind women who simply made me feel at home. My caregivers Irene and Janine so efficient, so kind and definitely knows what are doing. They took great care of me and true professionals and I now know up close the reason the 2 caregivers, Janine and Theresa are so booked up and sought after. My experience with the doctor was very minimal. I was only able to meet and speak with him the day of surgery and never got to meet with him after my surgery. He never checked on me the next day he has his nurse do all of that. My experience at Elite Plastic Surgery was not a great one. I flew from LA to FL with my mom and the day before my surgery I was supposed to have my Pre Op and nobody called me or let me know what time the surgery was so I had to keep calling the office but they were closed on Sunday. So I had to call the Dr.Salama and let him know that I have a surgery with him tomorrow

This review is for the pre-op process and recovery house (the good):
Pre-Op Process: worked with Cynthia and Jesenia and they were great to work with. They made the process easy, very responsive to all communication methods, super friendly and supportive.
Recovery House: all the care-givers are aweeeeesome! Jeanine and Miss B are the best!!
I was also fortunate to meet some great friends.

Went in a few months ago to get some fillers that would make my weak chin look fuller as it's always been an insecurity of mine. The Dr. was great, super nice and understanding. I was very happy with my results and even had half a syringe left. He told me I can come back any time to re apply when the filler wears out. Ok, perfect. Few months go by and I decide it's time to go back and reapply my second half of the syringe, I call to make an appointment and am told that the Doctor who did my filler is gone and that my syringe is " long gone" also. They literally threw out money

Reviews on Real Self were much better than those on yelp and this frightens me.
After looking at the before and after pictures I decided to use Dr. Salama for my procedure and I'm glad I did. Reading the other reviews frightened me to deal with the office and the staff but I found that they couldn't be nicer people. Everyone treat you like family from Camilia and Chelsea at the front desk to Nomi the surgical coordinator and Ellyn a medical assistant through to Celia and Wally the massage therapist I couldn't be in better hands postop. I am 7 days post op today from a breast lift with implant exchange, lipo to the abdomen, flanks, bra line, back, inner thighs, and arms. I had a previous breast lift with implants 10 years ago and breastfed 2 more babies after that surgery. I must say that I have been a bit amazed with the care of Dr.Salama and his staff.A special thank you to Cynthia,Eilyn (LMT), and Yaenisi (RN). DR. Salama's beside manner is amazing. He is calm,patient,thorough,honest,and has a sense of humor. His demeanor is very calming,putting you as a patient at ease. I would recommend EPS to all of my family and friends

I had a bbl done by him hes really good at what he does i think his priceing is fair expecially for a good board certified surgeon i came in felt comfortable for the most part the only issue was hard to understand if you speak english the staff had issues with it salama is good with english and very up front i felt i could trust him very smart and busy man

Nothing against Dr. Salama but taking people's deposit money than telling them days later it's non refundable is bad business. I'm currently having to fly to Miami to sue because the office seems to feel it's ok to lie and cheat customers out of money by attempting to use fancy wording. Will never consider this business ever again. Be weary of them swindling you out of money
