Services
Our funeral home has a unique history and committed relationship working within the community. We invite you to explore our legacy. In February of 1977, the building that was originally the United States Post Office for Sun City was purchased. The first remodel of the building came in 1982 when the front of the building was expanded by sixteen feet to allow for more rooms in which our funeral staff could meet with families.
When you begin funeral planning, the amount of decisions can seem overwhelming - but don't worry. We are here to help you tackle the choices one by one and make the process one of love, healing, and life celebration. When a death occurs at home or in the workplace, you'll need to contact emergency personnel or your loved one's physician if he or she was under medical care.
Sometimes the thought of planning a funeral seems too difficult for those who've suffered a loss. We're here to help lighten your burden and remind you of the true value a ceremony can hold for you and your family. A funeral service provides those who are grieving with a supportive environment to celebrate their loved one's life and start the journey toward healing and peace.

Excellent Funeral and Cremation center,
Menke was the best ever helping our family ,
and making them feel little more at ease, they are very helpful. They have people help you with social security offices, and getting death certificates and they do more than any place I have known.
I would Place myself and all my family members in their hands . If you want trust Menke is the one!!

The staff at Menke were very kind and helpful during a very difficult time. We were from out of town and had to find a place based on other reviews and they certainly lived up to the expectations I had. Which I wasn't even sure were at the time. They walked us through every step of the way. And the aftercare, the helping of notifications to SS, Military, banks, investors, etc. That was so helpful. I wouldn't of even of known where to start as I've never had done this before. Thank you Menke and all your wonderful caring staff.

Menke Funeral Home has always been kind to us in times when we grieve the most. Setting up arrangements after losing a loved one is tough to say the least, and trying to stay within a set amount or budget can be overwhelming at that time. The staff there has never pressured us into doing more or spending additional funds that could easily take place in that frame if mind. They listened to our idea's, understood completely our budget, then built on it from there.
