If I can give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with a rental company. Not only was the quality of the product “terrible”, cause there’s no other word I can possibly use to describe it, but the service and responses were not what I expected. My baby shower is this Saturday, weekend after Thanksgiving. If anyone knows how crazy of time this is to find rentals, then you know what a struggle it was to look for an alternative. I have been renting from them for a Few years and they have always treated me well. Christy is very professional and courteous. Always responds to calls and emAils. Delivery is always on time, equipment well kept, and well priced. Can’t ask for more.

Working with them was really easy. They kept in communication the entire time and you won't find a bigger bang for your buck. Good quality rentals for half the price of other big companies out there.

From start to finish Christy was very helpful. I asked a million and one questions (mainly because I no longer live in Miami) but she was very patient and always responded in a timely manner. The guys that came out to put up the tent and deliver the tables and chairs for everything up and ready in less than 2 hours. They called when they were in route so it wasn’t a waiting or guessing game as to when they would be there. I would definitely use their services again if I happen to have another event in Miami. Thank you Christy and delivery guys for making my baby shower one to remember.

This company not only charged the deposit in advance but the whole amount! Now, having to cancel due to the upcoming storm, one week in advance, they are not refunding any of the money! This place is unethical, and not a business to recoemmend!

Used them twice for big parties and had a GREAT experience. Until they damaged my back porch tiles with a heavy dolly. We gave them EVERY chance to fix it, called, emailed, etc. They promised reimbursement, never sent it and then started the whole process over - including denying that they caused the damage - when we reached out again. We spent around $1500 with them AND were a repeat customer and they won't reimburse us the $150 we had to pay to repair the damage. Ridiculous and no way to do business. I'm very disappointed with my experience with A Party 4 Less. The reservation part was excellent, no complaints. However on the day of the party at 1120 when I realized that it was getting late I tried calling the office whose office hours state are until 12pm only to get a message that the office was closed. No one bothered to call that they were coming late or anything, just showed up two hours late. Had a great experience with this company. Rented the Wet/Dry Water Slide. The delivery guys came on time & even called prior to arrival. They were very nice. The owner was very pleasant to speak with and their prices are the best in town. Would definitely use them again next month for my upcoming Birthday party.

Amazing service! They helped me choose the exact thing I needed for my event. They followed up the day before to arrange delivery. They called on the way to drop off and pick up. The delivery people were so respectful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them!

Most stressful experience ever with a party rental company. Rented some tables and chairs and other items for Christmas Eve party. They attempted to bring items several days before the party imposing a huge inconvenience on us. To make matters worse they don’t even answer phones so that you can find out what’s going on. After tens of phone calls had to go in person to communicate with the company. 5 days before the company did not accept a cancellation. Now after the party when you read the fine lines, items can be left for pick up at your house up to 6 days after the event. Again, imposing

I had the most pleasurable and professional experience with this company. The rep that assisted me Genesis was very pleasant and cordial. All my tables and chairs arrived on time and my event was a success. I must have called and change my order at least 5 times and each time she was very accommodating. I was overall pleased with the service and products rented I will definitely be using them again in the future and i would recommend them to others. Thanks for everything!

So very disappointed in this company. I placed a very simple order for my daughter's 1st Birthday Party. 3 round tables, 3 white linens and 15 white folding chairs. I waited all day on delivery day, never leaving the house. Come 11:00pm my husband and I go to bed. The next morning (day of the party) still no delivery. I call and call and call and no answer. Just an answering machine. Finally at 11:00am, someone answers the phone and tells me that they called me the night before and I said it was too late to deliver. That NEVER happened. I came to find out later that they called ANOTHER woman

Once again A party 4 less was great. They helped me with my son's graduation and my sister in law pool party, they had great furniture for outdoors so the lounge area looked like a South Beach club. Everybody commented about the dance floor and the lights. Thanks again for the great customer service.

This business is unfortunately very disorganized. My initial order placement was very simple. The woman I some with was very nice and sent me an invoice with payment instructions. I asked to be the last delivery on the day before the party. The office gave the invoice to the driver with misleading instructions and the delivery truck arrived to the location of the party at 10 in the morning instead of having it be the last delivery. Never do any business with this company!!! I had a party and rented tables, chairs, linens and a tent. A company representative came out to measure the space where the tent was to be installed. The day before the event they came out to deliver the chairs, etc and put up the tent only to find out the tent DID NOT fit. Low and behold, we had to have the event without the tent and of course it rained. When I called to get a credit for the charge of the tent, they refused to issue a credit to my card, instead a "company credit". Last July my daughter had her engagement party. As usual, A Party for Less was exceptionally efficient in accommodating all of our needs. I used Party 4 less Party rental for the first time and had a horrible experience. I was having a Luau Birthday party and I wanted to have a Tiki Bar or something similar. They had 2 options a Big Tkki Bar and a Bar with a Grass skirting. I spoke to Genesis over their online chat and she priced me the Double Deck Bar with the Grass skirting. So, I called her up and gave her a deposit for that bar. I made sure to let her know that I wanted the one with the Grass Skirting because it was a Luau Party. Great service . Genesis is great and the delivery staff was awesome .
I shopped around and found their prices to be the best. Their tent was in great condition, the white chairs were clean and their round tables were nice and sturdy.

Not only does this place have everything you need for your event at affordable prices, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Will definitively use them for all events from now on.

I got 4 tables and 30something wooden chairs. Ordering was easy, customer service over the phone ok - not overly friendly but helpful and nice. They were delivering everything on Friday picking up on Monday for a Saturday party. They didn't call ahead of time when will they arrive at my place - I had to call and ask each time and each time they were late less than an hour. That's my only complaint. The chairs and tables were in good condition.

Very reasonable prices on party supplies like table and chair rental. They also help you load and unload.
