I recently had surgery on my pinky finger and was unable to drive for the past month. I have been transported to all of my physical therapy and doctor appointments by Ed who has been an amazing driver. After contracting AAA Giants Car Service I have come to see that I can call on them for any transportation needs. They drive very safely and… get you where you need to go on time. They also know how to get anywhere and their automobiles are always so well-kept and clean! In addition to driving me to all of my doctor appointments Ed was very attentive to opening the door for me and helping

BEWARE! Booked car service for airport to cruise port. Was charged deposit to secure reservation on my credit card. Then, was charged AGAIN for when the actual car service took place. Therefore, they double charged me. It's been 3 months and I have still NOT received my refund for the double charge.
The actual car service was fine. Showed up on time, helpful, courteous. But will never recommend or use this company again as they will over charge! They were quick to respond when making the reservation, but when it comes time to issue the refund, there is often no response to my emails. Disappointing

AAA Giants RUINED MY WEDDING. I wish I could give negatives stars. I booked AAA as a wedding shuttle for my guests between our hotel and my wedding venue. Everything started off great, Javier was very helpful. Then, the day of the event, everything went wrong. I was told the shuttles could take multiple trips, and then all of a sudden, they can't. They ended my wedding 45 minutes early, by announcing 'last call' to my guests and everyone rushed out afraid they would have no ride back. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, guests complained of the 'Bus Ride from HELL'. What should have been

What a great service guys really! My husband and i used your shuttle service from the Courtyard Marriott for the McCartney show, what a great guy Javier is, helped us a lot, the water bottles were a very nice touch, it was very hot! Very courteous and accommodating as a company and driver. My only complaint is the price. I was led to believe one price, yet the total came out to be almost double what I was quoted. I did not expect that. I would've made other travel arrangements had I known. Great company, but make sure you get a firm quote from the beginning, to include fees, tolls and taxes!

AAA Giants Limo was the perfect choice for shuttling guests from the hotel to my daughter's wedding venue. They were very reasonably priced with new and clean vehicles; also the drivers were polite and very punctual. When the number of people needing shuttle service was more than I expected, the manager sent one of his drivers back - even though I did not have it scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

Used AAA Giants from our hotel to MetLife Stadium and back to see Paul McCartney last Sunday night.
This was a great service!! Door-to-door service was friendly and reliable. After the concert, the owner was… onsite handing out water to customers on a hot summer night and ensuring everyone got back to their respective destinations.
