Sarah did my pedicure and fill (both with gel polish). Please be sure to get a price quote BEFORE having services done. They literally charge to drill, file and shape nails, regardless of length. I had no missing or broken nails and they were already short. I paid $30 extra for this “design” and 4 stones. The end result was not very neat or clean. I’m disappointed. I expected more for $150.

I ALWAYS leave with exactly what I asked for. Just know you do get what you pay for. If you want amazing details and hand drawn designs, this is the place to go. My nails are never crooked- no matter the shape. I personally go to Angel, but all the nail techs are incredible! They also post a ton of pictures on their Instagram (@blisswildelake)

Welcome to the wall of dipping powder. Seriously! They seem to have endless color options.
I had the pleasure of engaging with the Bliss nail staff yesterday after a funeral. I was feeling down and really wanted to do something to pick up my spirits.
The nail technician helped me find the perfect holiday wine dip color and took her time soaking off my old nails, shaping, buffing, dipping and manicuring my nails to perfection. The salon was huge with a cute white Christmas tree in the middle.
I don't anticipate going back due to the location but if you're in the area please stop

Poor service and the manager is very unprofessional, unkind and rude. Almost left this place in tears After coming back here twice to get my nails fixed although they messed up and being asked to wait for an hour to two hours even though I had an appointment to get my nails fixed after their employee messed it up. The manager only wants to make money and when she found out about the whole incident from my mouth sad that she can’t do anything and Hass to get to her next customer, told me to figure out what I wanna do because there’s nothing she’s going to do. I had an amazing experience at bliss! Hana was so sweet and did an amazing job, I usually get matte black nails and she did them perfectly! I will definitely be coming back to see her again. The man who did my pedicure did an amazing job as well, unfortunately I forgot to get his name but the service was great overall. 10/10 recommend

I FEEL LIKE I SPENT 55 BUCKS TO BE TORTURED FOR 2 HOURS! .....
Extremely disappointed in my first experience here. The nail technician I had should honestly be FIRED. I went in for dip powder and was told about an hour. It ended up taking 2 hours which was absurd, and has never taken that long in the past at other places. In addition, she basically BUTCHERED my hands! If you look at the pictures you can see how bad the area around my fingernails have been cut. Not to mention the huge gash on my thumb. She drew blood multiple times during the process! I understand an accidental slip up here and

Disrespectful and denigrating experience. When I initially called the spa to set up my appointment I was told to come in earlier that my desired time. I made the effort and rearrange my schedule to make it to the time proposed. I got in time for my appointment, and there was a lady in front of me that called for the same time that I was scheduled. Apparently someone did not do their job and gave her the appointment; however, the person that did it did not book her appointment, which could be there reason my appointment got messed up. After I checked in, I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes

Went in for gel mani and polish change on my toes
Rushed. He was so concerned with getting to the group of girls behind me, he didn't let the UV light run it's full course on each hand...he kept tapping me and pulling my hand out with time left. Than, he didn't have me wash my hands - he just brushed them with the big brush - and he slapped oil on my palms and said "ok done". no massage.
I expected more for $47. Disappointing & will not be back.

I have been going Here for a few months now. My nail tech left unexpectedly so I went to someone else and they didn't do a good job at all. I went back today and Kayla helped me. Every one is so friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they fixed my nails and they did a wonderful job. Thank you Kayla!!!

Cons: I called the salon to ask pricing and the guy who answered said $50 for dip powder full set and $35 gel pedicure. That’s not what I was charged. They charge $50 for the dip, $5 for tips, $5 for shaping. I’ve never been to any salon where they charge extra for shaping. My gel pedicure was charged at $35 classic pedicure and then extra $15 for gel polish. $50 for a gel pedicure, I’ve never paid more than $40 even in Bethesda and DC. I’m still so confused and upset by this pricing. My total was $110

Love this place! The ambiance is so nice and relaxing and makes me feel like I'm at the beach. Philip is my nail technician and he is great. He's very patient and takes his time. He also adds extra layer of polish every time which is nice because it makes the polish last longer. But everyone's great, they are all so nice. Prices are reasonable too!

I've only been here twice, and today was my 2nd time.
The decor, friendliness and helpfulness is what made me come back.
But their work!!?? They do the best job I've ever experienced. I'm the most indecisive person and both Angel and Tina helped me make decisions that came out beautiful and they never rushed me.
Never going anywhere else.
