Working with Jennifer was fantastic. She was accessible, responsive and made us feel like a priority. We made many offers, had ups and downs in escrows and she guided us through it all, keeping our anxiety at bay. I purchased a home through Rob and Zwemmer Realty Group. He ended up being the agent on both sides of the transaction. Mr Zwemmer was not responsive and also late for appointments when allowing inspections to be done at the property. Communication was also lacking as he hardly answered the phone, and never responded to any emails. Once we did close on the property I only first heard about it from the escrow company.
