Ordered a monitor, it came defective. I contacted support, they had me send it in. They said it was factory fault, they didn't give me a choice to have full credit money for it since it was bought through amazon but I could trade it towards another purchase for a newer model if I payed the difference. After sending emails confirming over the last month, they never responded.

B&H ripped me off and they’re hiding it.
I purchased an ikan PT4700 teleprompter system and when it arrived, I immediately realized that it wasn’t what I ordered. This is a $2000 item, so it was a substantial cost. At first, I wasn’t worried because I’ve always been happy with B&H in the past. Because I operate a video production company, we’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over the years. I called them and made them aware of the problem and was shocked by their response. They told me that since I opened the box, the item was non-returnable. I explained that opening

Don't expect to get any help when the product does not work. They will not answer the phone when you can actually get a call to go through, and the live chat does not work. We asked for a call back through the website and were simply emailed the same instructions on how to set it up which we followed exactly during the original set up. The product is faulty and no support is provided. Avoid this company.
