In designing a sign for your project, it first starts with our sales associate visiting with you to determine your thoughts, ideas and intent for your new signage. A detailed site survey is done of the new project location to include, but not limited to, the sign type, color visibility, etc. With this survey and city sign code information, a design request is prepared and a meeting is set up with our art director to discuss your project.

They literally make the best signs. They have some of the most helpfulness people that seem to truly love what they do and it shows from start to finish.
Install? They take their time and make sure to install the sign the way they would on their own buildings.
Straight perfection!! Must try for any sign needs.

I had very poor customer service from Global. They installed my signs 2 years ago. Needed lights changed recently. They sent a guy out but he didn't change the bulbs and didn't say why. Multiple calls including 2 to owner and nothing. Worker either damaged my sign or they just don't want the business.

Absolutely horrible service. Took several weeks to get installed after weeks of dealing with back and forth on sign. This is a $2500 sign. Finally, when sign was ready, we were promised several times over 2 consecutive weeks sign would be installed, but never was. I was given several excuses why it was not installed. Finally when they installed sign they chose to install it in different place than I and their installer marked it to be installed. They just installed it in different location without the courtesy of letting me know until after it was installed. Truly unbelievable. I would NEVER use
