My name is Ryan Baxter and my wife (Juanee) and I own Modern Auto Service in Fruitland, Idaho. We both graduated from Fruitland High School in 2007 and then studied at Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg. Juanee became a registered nurse and received a Bachelors degree in General Studies and I received a Bachelors Degree in Automotive Technology Management.

I can’t rave enough about everybody here at Modern Auto! We have taken all of our vehicles from Gasers to Diesels, from small fixes to large fixes and we have never been disappointed. Modern Auto is a class act! They gave me a free oil change on Veterans Day, along with a T-shirt and some gift cards! I didn’t even ask for it. Ryan saw a FB post that I was a vet and called me up. Picked up my car while I was at work and did it. It’s great how he brings in automotive students to help with this service. Thanks Ryan, and the crew for caring about our community!

This garage is in Fruitland, we live in Boise.My Son, was out taking a drive, had a front tire blow out. He was towed to this garage. The garage was already closed when he got there. So he couldn't leave them the keys. So, the next day he ordered my front tires. He told me that he couldn't put them on until I paid for them. Also he had to have the keys. So, I left to to go get my car. Drove all the way there!! I forgot to take the keys 🔑 to my car!! But, when I got there, they had put the tires on already!! I was so excited 😁!! Never going to this place again. I got my oil changed and tires rotated less than a month ago. When they had my tires off I had diagnostics done because there was vibration while I was on the highway. They said I just needed new tires and gave me a quote. Fast forward to this morning... I'm sitting on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck because my front tire literally fell off while going 65 mph. I don't know if they failed to tighten the lugs properly, missed something during diagnostics, or what. But needing new tires doesn't cause your rim to fall off on the highway. They were the

They always take great care of me. I know to call my appointments in ahead of time cause they always seem busy, but they’re well worth the wait. I’ve gotten multiple things done on my truck here and I always feel secure every time I get it back from them. This is a great team that knows what they’re doing.
