I've used Superior for my countertops before, 1 for a resale and 1 for a remodel. They have a good selection and the 2 prior times I used them was no problem. Not this time. The sales rep seemed very disinterested in helping us, wasn't his choice the front called him up to help us. I understand $3k isn't a lot to make commission off of but I am a repeat customer, or should say I was. Won't return text or calls. I'm really debating on just canceling my order. So for us who have small jobs this might not be the place for you?

After going to a big box retailer and being quoted an insane amount for cabinets, I stumbled upon Superior Stone and Cabinets.
This was just as the covid shutdown was happening, and we were able to book an appointment within the next 24 hours.
Our sales rep, Doug Perry, was fantastic. He really knows his stuff, and given the space we had to work with, he did an excellent job with pointing out things that we hadn’t thought of and helping us get the most amount of usable space in our kitchen. Doug knows his job incredibly well, and we are so happy that we took him up on some recommendations that

We hired Superior Stone and Cabinet to remodel our master bathroom and they exceeded my expectations. Douglas Parry assisted my wife and I with all aspects of design and planning. Without his knowledge in bathroom design and materials in the industry we would have had a much more difficult experience. He made the process very smooth and enjoyable. Doug Perry is our rep and has been a tremendous help with redesigning my kitchen/living room. Including a new wall unit with shelves, granite and cabinets to go with my hardwood hickory cabinets I ended up ordering. He also added the laundry room cabinets so everything will be matching now.
Doug went above and beyond in helping us to design, measure and plan this project. I’m certain I through a few curves into this and sometimes can go off topic with ideas but he was always very responsive and went with the flow.

The installers, project managers and sales staff are all top notch. We had a vision for our kitchen that they built into a beautiful reality. Our sales person Doug Parry helped us to bring our dream kitchen to life and make it even better that we imagined. Jeff Chaignot took very good care of us. Our kitchen turned out amazing! We had cabinets and granite installed. I did the backsplash, under cabinet lighting and the ship lap boards on the other side of island myself. The cabinet installer and the granite installation crew were absolutely top notch. Everything done in two days, as scheduled, except for the work I performed.
