I had my RV in for repair and experienced very rude customer service. Even the manager did not discuss my concerns in a very professional manner. He plus 2 other employees yelled and hollered at me. They overcharged me for a water leak in my RV shower. They charged me $435 to find and caulk the drain in my shower. They explained that they charge by the job not by the hour. If it was for example $40 an hour they would have done 10 hours of work. I don't think it took 10 hours to caulk the shower or find the leak that I had already pointed out to them. If I could leave one star I would. First, the sale was a nightmare, they went back on our signed buy/sell agreement. Next be bought our camper and after being told it was gone over with a fine tooth comb it was all working, had to wait weeks to get the camper because apparently it was not all working. Then when we finally got our camper it had a major roof leak. Not only did they know about the leak, but did not tell us. They repaired water damage, but did not fix the leak. Bought as/is so nothing won't do anything. They don't care. Now we are stuck without a generator and have to replace the roof

Passing thru Billings needed some help with a broken entry door. Had questions, showed the gentleman at the counter what was happening. He was very familiar with broken door. Asked if I was able to leave the rig. About a 2 week backlog. Couldn't leave. Suggested getting it fixed on return home. Very helpful. Wish I could have left to be addressed.

Had an extremely difficult situation dealing with the Billings RV owner named Eric. Just bought a 33,500 camper from them. Had to have the water connections fixed in there shop. Say there for 7 days, brought it back home, and no more power cord in the storage compartment. Told the shop our power cord was gone, and the owner Eric then accused my husband of fabricating the story, called not him and me liars! And then told us to leave the premises, and commenced to call the POLICE!! I couldn’t believe it!! This was the most sickening thing I have seen a business owner behave!! Wow! Do Not Buy ANYTHING

After watching the way the manager (eric) talked to other customers we walked out and went somewhere else. I was dumbfounded someone running a business would talk to his guests that way.. I guess when you are a rich a-hole it doesn't matter.
My grand parents and I each went else where and both bought RVS spending close to 400k between the two. I would have rather spent that locally but this business will never get a dime from me.
After reading the reviews I am not sure how Eric is in business..

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The gross mismanagement, complete lack of communication, and sheer rudeness was astounding. I had to have my camper (which is my home because I'm a travel nurse) towed here when the wheel bearings exploded and my axle ended up totally bent. I wish I could have taken it somewhere else.
I live 6 hours away from Billings and my camper sat at this place for over 2 months. I couldn't get any kind of update whatsoever for an entire month on my HOME. Containing all my belongings. It took my 9th phone call and finally demanding to speak to the service

The trailer we viewed and bought was not the trailer we received when we went to take ownership of it. We showed up and left with an older, heavier trailer. We noticed when we got home and immediately returned the trailer. Communication was poor throughout the process. They did a hard check on our credit after we only agreed to a soft check and weren't sure yet if we would buy it. They did not even clean it, but told us we couldn't take ownership until a week later. Now we know it was so they could swap trailers. The manager did not even seem to care that all this had happened. Take someone experienced

We had good results. Another RV place told us (after a hail storm), with water pouring inside, they'd fit us in "next fall." Billings RV fit us in, good service and done quickly. We had to find it in outside parking ourselves, but that was only issue. We only go there, now! Will be calling this year, I'm sure.

Since Billings RV Inc. was listed as the nearest Lance dealer by Lance itself, I contacted them for parts. I ended up with a wrong part which I never was quoted a price for and then got permission to send it back for a refund. Call after call, no refund as promised. I paid shipping to send it back. Got overcharged and screwed. Never ever do business here. hope I saved you frustration. John in SD.
update: since my review, something awakened Billings RV! Amazing huh? I now have a refund for the part and part of the shipping. I'm glad to have moved on and returned to "normal". John in SD.

This owner was the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. I needed a breaker for my 62 Shasta camper. He said he could order me one for $49. That's a lot to pay, and I could have put it toward a new breaker box all together. But instead, not wanting to deal with putting in a whole new breaker box, I went ahead and had him order it. When it came to pick it up on Friday, it was an old used breaker that was dirty and well worn. The owner was not there to talk to when I picked it up, but the employee I was dealing with told me to just bring it back in on Monday and the owner would
