As young children we were inspired by outdoor activities and just plain fun on three wheelers, motorcycles, boats, and doom buggies. We both grew up in the Evansville area and were high school sweethearts. Jeff worked as a vice-president of international operations for a large local company and I had spent over 20 years in education as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent.

As a current Aprilia owner, it is difficult to find an Aprilia dealer. In June I took my Aprilia RSVR to Indianapolis to be serviced and they kept my bike for a MONTH, just to hook it up to a computer. I will no longer use them. I found Big 4 Cycle on the Aprilia web site as a dealer and gave them a try.

I just want to give a big Shout Out for the AWESOME Sales Team and Repair Shop at Big 4 Cycle & Marine. These guys ROCK!! We bought a Sea Doo “over the phone”, sight unseen and it was EXACTLY as described on their web site and in all the conversations I had with Tyler before we went to pick it up. These guys go Above & Beyond to make sure you are HAPPY with your purchase. AND they don’t forget you after the sale. We live outside Chattanooga and the dealer in Chattanooga did NOT hold a candle to Tyler and the guys at Big 4. Chattanooga dealer even sold us a double trailer that was not designed

Just saw your comment. Other then you being unable to answer the phones, you are also unable to record what work is supposed to be performed, what parts to order, or complete any work. I had to wait 3 weeks just for an oil change. Then you couldn't even complete the very simple repair I asked for. Not only were you unable to do this, but you also damaged my bike in the process and left it in an unsafe condition. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last.

I bought an older model seadoo 2002 that didn’t run right, called and was told the mechanic wasn’t in, left my name and number. No call back. After two days I went to the store, was told the mechanic wasn’t in again, left my info, nothing. I guess they don’t work on older seadoos. All they wanted to do was sell me a new one. Well, when I am ready for a new one, I won’t be buying from them.

I love Big 4 for many reasons. One being because I've worked there in the service department for over 20 years and have worked on pretty much every brand heard of and Can Am/Sea doo is top notch! I wouldn't still be there if we didn't sell great stuff and if I didn't love the rest of the staff. Work doesn't feel like work when you enjoy what you do for a living!

By far, the great team at Big 4 Cycle & Marine exceed all expectations. I have purchased a total of three Seadoo's from them and recently acquired a 2018 RXT 300. There sales, parts and service staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sale, upgrade and service. I encourage you to check them out when looking for that unique form of transportation and fun for use on water or on land. I am one completely satisfied customer and I look forward to to many future years of doing business together.

I haven't had an opportunity to deal one on one with these folks yet, but do want to give a shout out to Gwen. We are moving to Kentucky from SoCal and I am looking for someone to hold onto our bikes when they are transported as we will be 'homeless' for a bit. (staying with family till we find a home). I expected to get transferred to someone who could answer my questions, but Gwen was cheerful and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. So nice not to be transferred and speak with the correct one the first time. These folks will be our dealership for our bikes going

Despite all the good reviews, I found a pretty small selection. On top of that, I walked around looking at the two Victory motorcycles I was interested in for about 45 minutes and couldn't get one person to talk to me.
I'm all for low pressure sales, but I was the only customer in the building..... just a little help would have been nice.
Guess I'll buy mine somewhere else.

Trying to keep this to the facts:
Bought a Piaggio from Big 4, since they are a dealer. . Had a mechanical problem with it, so I took it to them for repair, since they are a dealer. Big 4 had the Piaggio for 6 MONTHS, worked on it for a total of 15 hours over that time, couldn't fix it, then wanted me to pay over $500 to get my still inoperative machine back. Never had an experience like that in my life, and don't plan too again.

These folks are awesome. They fixed my leaking Aprilia fork and they did so under warranty. That is, they did exactly what they said they would and they did an excellent job. Roger, in parts/sales, coordinated this out of state repair and did an excellent job with follow-through. So, I highly recommend these folks and would definitely use them again for both service as well as sales.
