As your real estate law adviser, representing and protecting you, and you alone, is my only job. You are my sole concern. I have no divided loyalties. Experiencing the loss of a loved one is never easy. From difficult emotional economic legal issues surrounding end of life through distribution of assets, allow Michael to help by guiding you through the legal issues so you can more easily resolve the economic and emotional issues.
If you think so, try to negotiate both the "boilerplate" of the listing agreement and the economic terms. The listing agreement is the agreement between you and the real estate broker and or agent. You may be able to negotiate the percentage rate charged for the realtor's commission. But not the boilerplate, the so called "fine print".
Experiencing the loss of a loved one is never easy. Distributing their assets can be difficult emotionally and legally. It can be complicated. If you are just beginning this process or if you are in the middle of administering an estate and need assistance, Michael can help. Whether with or without a will, complications can still arise and prolong the process Michael strives to alleviate the stress of those going through the process.
If you are over 18, in most states, you have a Will. If you didn't write one for yourself, your state Maryland legislature wrote one for you - the statutes may not provide what you want. For example, in Maryland as of this writing, if you are survived by your spouse and children, at least one of whom is a minor, the spouse receives one half of the net probate estate and the children divide the remaining amount equally.
For the last several years I have been using technology to reduce the number of in person visits at my office. The technologies I have been using are Skype and Zoom. This permits us to have face-to-face meetings, but without being physically in each other's presence in the same room. We use our computers to carry our images and words as if we were in the same room.

I just moved to Baltimore and bought my first auction rehab row home property. I ran into a legal problem with my closing. I called 15 law firms and Michael was the only lawyer who answered my call on a Saturday afternoon.
