Mrs. Rose is a highly respected member of the legal community who has been rated "top family law attorney" in Birmingham magazine by her peers, among other awards. She is the daughter of a respected solo practice attorney, Warren Freeman of Delta Alabama. She spent over a decade assisting her father in his practice and watching him in the courtroom, dreaming of one day protecting people's rights as her father has done for so many years.
In her sixth year with the firm, Katherine has seen and been involved in just about every possible family law scenario you can think of. She began her career at the firm as a paralegal and personal protege to Mrs. Rose while a law student, and later transitioned to the role of attorney. Katherine has gained the experience of many attorneys decades her senior in the field, thanks in part to working daily in family law only.
Mrs. Ronilo is an excellent and experienced family law attorney. After attending law school in Montgomery she joined Vickers and White, PLLC where she was in charge of primarily handling family law and appeals. After a number of years at Vickers, Lindsay and her husband decided to move to Birmingham to be closer to the rest of her family; it was at this point she brought her skills and passion for family law to our team.

1. Since hiring Rose Law Firm (Katherine Haynes) I have paid over $11,000 for a divorce (with no children or spousal support). I believed they were the best and I wanted to support a woman-owned business.
2. My attorney allowed her office manager (Dawn) to do a lot of busy work in the case and charge me for it by asking for additional amounts for the retainer. To be a bit more specific and clear - for example, if I left a message for the answering service I was charged her bill rate for retrieving the message from the

This firm is crooked ! Don’t waste your money or time . Many lawyers love to bribe their other party and this firm is one of them. There are many great attorneys in the state of Alabama that will not take your money blind . Stay far away from them too many people have come up to complain about them they only care about making money and not doing what’s right. They have no concept of moral values! Or family values!

I am not overexaggerating when rating 5 stars. It is important to understand that each case and each client is different. My experience with the Rose Law (Mrs Remington my lawyer) Firm was great.

When my husband at the time told me we needed to go our separate ways I had no idea where to go to find an attorney. So I pulled out a Yellow pages phone book and started looking at the ads for divorce attorneys. There was one that caught my eye and I liked their ad. They also had a video you could watch & it really impressed me because they were so family oriented. I made an appointment for a free consultation. Had 3 different attorneys over the time my case was handled by this firm, yet Ms. Rose never spoke to me personally, or set foot in court for me. The day of my hearing, the attorney forgot all documentation and asked me if i could bring copies from home for him. If you have a lot of money to waste they will gladly take it.

Amazing group of women and attorneys! These ladies helped me through the darkest time of my life with grace. Due to the stress of my personal situation I probably went off the deep end a few times but they always seemed to take it in stride and knew how to calm me and help me get my mind right. Beyond that, they kept me very informed about what was going on and what everything meant to my case in normal english and didn't try to "lawyer talk" me which I really appreciated. This Law Firm filed the following - 1-A notice of appearance - 2-a continuation - 3-created interrogatories and Showed up to court for 4 hours and did nothing. Said they practiced in the said county but yet had never set foot in their courtrooms. My son's father is a felon, currently committing adultery, tax evasion and the list goes on. Sandra Remington from the Rose LAWFIRM Birmingham, Al. secured me one supervised phone call a day and one supervised visitation a WEEK.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS TRAP AND ESCAPE THE PAIN, FEAR, TURMOIL AND FINANCIAL LOSS I SUFFERED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL! They marketed themselves well online and I saw all the good reviews so I signed with one of their attorneys for divorce. The retainer was $4500 which depleted ever week and I was made to pay this same amount every 1 to 2 weeks. Within a few months, my bill had skyrocketed to $20,000.00 with very minimal progress in my case. We used the services of Rose Law Firm and worked with Deborah Gregory on a child custody matter. Our case was closed this week; and Ms. Gregory did an outstanding job (with the final disposition of the case exceeding our expectations). Ms. Gregory is very thorough, sharp, strategic, pragmatic, and kind. While the attorney fees may be pricey, they are worth it for the quality of the work. I would add, as well, that Ms. Gregory did not waste our time or the court's time; she handled matters as expeditiously as possible.

I can't say enough good things about them. They treated me great and got my case done super fast. When I came to Jennifer I had a divorce that my ex and her attorney had been dragging on for two years, but Jennifer got it settled within 2 months from the day I hired and even got my ex to settle for less than some of the previous offers they turned down.

As a paralegal working for another firm that handles multiple kinds of cases I already knew which attorneys are best from dealing with them daily. I received my boss' blessing to hire a family law only practice instead of his multi-practice for my divorce and he confirmed with me my choice was a good one. It is telling that Mrs. Rose is able to practice one type of law and employ 2 other very good attorneys as well, if you're good, word gets around. I know I was represented much better by Jennifer and Mallory than my husband was by his attorney and far more aggressively. I highly recommend them
