Strength and conditioning are an integral part of Aaron Wilson's life. Not only because he likes to stay fit, but also because his life's work involves helping people recover after injury or surgery. Aaron has worked with a variety of patients in his tenure in Ashland, including a number of youth athletes from our surrounding bay area.

I went to Wilson Physical Therapy to try and get some help with chronic back pain and sciatic nerve pain. They have been excellent for me. I always feel like the most important person they are treating and the results have been excellent! My back pain is gone, still working on the nerve pain, but I am confident that if there is a way to solve the problem through physical therapy that they have the expertise to help me work through it all. I would highly recommend Wilson PT if you are trying to decide where to go for therapy and coaching on how to overcome your physical trouble or heal from a surgery

Brianne Lehrkamp - BA, Kinesiology. Experience treating SIJD as well as the domino effects that can happen as a result, i.e., piriformis syndrome, sciatica, blood flow issues, etc. Brianne did a fantastic job of helping me reduce pain and restore function to areas of my body that are affected by this dysfunction. She took the whole body approach during therapy.
