Located in the rolling hills of Holmes Country, Ohio, Miller's Roofing was founded by Noah Miller almost 50 years ago, in 1968. At first Noah worked by himself, working mostly on new construction roofs. His first employee was hired when Miller's Roofing expanded to also serve the re-roofing market.
Now a second-generation business, Miller's Roofing is owned and managed by Noah's son, Joe Miller. The same dedication to being a Christian company that focuses on providing excellent and honest customer service, is still being practiced today. A: Not always. We can often make repairs to extend the life of your roof if it is in good condition otherwise. I called for a quote to install a new metal roof on my home over the old shingles. Individual who answered the phone said their company requires old shingles be removed because most homes will not be able to handle the weight of the roofing material. Metal roofing material is 1/4 the weight of shingles, 90% of all metal roof installations are installed over old shingles. That is the perk of installing metal roofing if the roof under the shingles is intact. That is the case with my roof. Miller roofing will not install a metal roof over old shingles, he requires removal of the old roof with the
